We are active members ot the PBFA and exhibit at Northern Bookfairs in the UK, such as Buxton, Pudsey, York, Ilkley & Harrogate. We also organise a major 1 day Northern Bookfair at Haydock Park, held twice a year in April and November.
Forthcoming Fairs/Late News
I shall be exhibiting at the forthcoming:
- P.B.F.A. Arkholme Book Fair (Village Hall LA6 1AU) on Saturday 19th June 2010
- York Family History Fair (York Racecourse) on Saturday 26th June 2010
- Buxton Book Fair
(Pavilion Gardens) on Saturday 10th July 2010
This is a two-day fair but I shall only be there on the Saturday.
Recent purchases - a long run of Lancashire Parish Registers including many of the difficult to find parishes and a complete run of Lancashire and Cheshire Record Society volumes (Nos 1 to 144).

How to Find Us
We are half-way between Bury and Bolton on the A58, close to the junction with Higher Ainsworth Road, almost adjacent to the Ainsworth Arms.
We have a book room rather than a shop, so visitors are asked to ring first.
